Our pizzeria relies on the renowned Caputo flour, one of the most popular flours used by professional pizza makers around the world. Caputo flour is made from selected Italian wheat and subjected to a slow milling process, which gives our pizza a light, crisp texture with perfect alveolation.

Caputo cereal flour.
